This is to cover team absence. This role is hybrid so flexibility is offered. Job SummaryWe are seeking a proactive and organised Health and Safety Administrator. This role will act as the first point of contact for incoming queries and play a key part in managing and maintaining our HR and Health and Safety systems and platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the first point of contact for health and safety queries received via the shared inbox, responding promptly and escalating where necessaryProvide administrative support to the HR and Health and Safety teamManage and maintain health and safety digital platforms and systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date informationLog, track, and monitor incidents, queries, and actions within internal systemsSupport compliance by maintaining records, documentation, and audit trailsAssist with the coordination of health and safety processes, including reporting and data managementLiaise with internal stakeholders to support health and safety initiativesIdentify opportunities to...</description>
