Reed HR are working alongside a large Not for Profit Organisation based in Central London who are recruiting for a Health and Safety Administrator for initially 6 months. This is to cover team absence. This role is hybrid so flexibility is offered. Job SummaryWe are seeking a proactive and organised Health and Safety Administrator. This role will act as the first point of contact for incoming queries and play a key part in managing and maintaining our HR and Health and Safety systems and platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the first point of contact for health and safety queries received via the shared inbox, responding promptly and escalating where necessaryProvide administrative support to the HR and Health and Safety teamManage and maintain health and safety digital platforms and systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date informationLog, track, and monitor incidents, queries, and actions within internal systemsSupport compliance by maintaining records, documentation, and audit trailsAssist with the coordination of health and safety processes, including reporting and data managementLiaise with internal stakeholders to support health and safety initiativesIdentify opportunities to improve processes and system efficienciesSkills and ExperiencePrevious experience in a busy HR Administrative role (health and safety experience is desirable but not essential)Strong organisational skills and attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage and ..... full job details .....
