Health and Safety Administrator

KC Group Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Health and Safety Administrator to join a busy and supportive team based in Solihull on an ongoing temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator with strong organisational, spreadsheet, and finance support skills to support the day-to-day operation of a Health and Safety function. Key Responsibilities Health and Safety Administrator: Providing administrative support to the Health and Safety team Organising, attending, and taking minutes for committee and team meetings Maintaining Health and Safety records, training documentation, and databases Managing spreadsheets, reports, and compliance records Raising purchase orders, receipting goods, and supporting budget administration Booking training courses and liaising with internal and external stakeholders Managing the Health and Safety inbox and calendar Supporting audits and compliance activities Maintaining stock levels of Health and Safety equipment and supplies, including first aid items and signage To be be considered for the Health and Safety Administrator role: Previous administration experience Strong Excel and spreadsheet skills Experience supporting finance processes, including purchase orders and invoicing Excellent organisational and minute-taking abilities Experience coordinating meetings, training, and records management Strong attention to detail and communication skills Previous Health and Safety administration ..... full job details .....
