We are currently recruiting for a Health and Fitness Coach to join us.The role involves inspiring members to achieve their goals, delivering Group Fitness and Small Group Training sessions, and potentially providing Personal Training. You will coach members on effective health and fitness programmes tailored to their needs and advise on safe equipment use. You will foster a community environment and provide excellent customer service.The position involves high customer interaction and may require assisting other staff members. Good personal presentation, communication, and customer service skills are essential. A Level 2 Fitness Instruction qualification is required, and candidates should be working towards Level 3.
