What You''ll Do
As a Health and Fitness Coach, your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing daily gym operations, ensuring all equipment and facilities are in excellent condition.
- Delivering personal training sessions, fitness inductions, and group exercise classes in both gym and studio environments.
- Supporting members with personalised fitness programmes and basic nutritional advice.
- Collaborating with the Wellbeing Lead and Social Value Team to implement health initiatives and community projects.
- Managing gym membership processes, health assessments, and audit documentation.
- Ensuring compliance and governance, including conducting safety checks and equipment maintenance.
- Assisting in the planning and execution of wellbeing events and health strategies.
- Continuously developing your skills through provided training and contributing to service improvements.
