What You''ll Do

As a Health and Fitness Coach, your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing daily gym operations, ensuring all equipment and facilities are in excellent condition.
  • Delivering personal training sessions, fitness inductions, and group exercise classes in both gym and studio environments.
  • Supporting members with personalised fitness programmes and basic nutritional advice.
  • Collaborating with the Wellbeing Lead and Social Value Team to implement health initiatives and community projects.
  • Managing gym membership processes, health assessments, and audit documentation.
  • Ensuring compliance and governance, including conducting safety checks and equipment maintenance.
  • Assisting in the planning and execution of wellbeing events and health strategies.
  • Continuously developing your skills through provided training and contributing to service improvements.

  • Experience in delivering group fitness classes, conducting one-on-one sessions, and managing gym operations.
  • Confidence in using Microsoft PowerPoint, Outlook, and MS Teams.
  • A proactive, learning-oriented approach, with a willingness to develop skills in corporate health and wellbeing.
