Curriculum Manager - Health and ChildcareLocation: East LondonContract: Full-time PermanentSalary: 54,000 - 59,000We are looking for an experienced Curriculum Manager to lead and develop Health, Social Care and Childcare provision across 16-18 and adult programmes.This is a hands-on curriculum leadership role, combining team management, curriculum planning, quality improvement and teaching.The RoleYou will:Lead and manage Health and Childcare curriculum provisionLine manage, support and develop teaching staffDrive quality improvement, learner outcomes and curriculum performanceMonitor KPIs including recruitment, retention, achievement and progressLead curriculum planning, timetabling and resource allocationWork with employers and stakeholders to ensure provision reflects local skills needsMonitor teaching, learning and assessment through learning walks, observations and deep divesDevelop and implement quality improvement plansSupport learner progress, attendance, behaviour and achievementTeach 7-12 hours per week, acting as a role model for teaching staffSupport the development of innovative teaching, digital learning and effective use of AIAbout YouWe are looking for someone with:Strong Further Education experience within Health, Social Care, Childcare or a closely related areaExperience in curriculum management or team leadershipA strong track record of improving the quality of provision and learner outcomesExperience of curriculum planning and developing schemes of ..... full job details .....
