The right candidate will: Assessing a persons employability and wellbeing, using such tools as the EQ5DL Creating personalised action plans with participants,- Providing referrals and/or signposting to other suitable support services,- Providing health and wellbeing advice,- Providing-career guidance,- Offering employment advice (e.g. CVs, job search, interview techniques),- Helping participants-identify-workplace adjustments to support health needs,- Carrying out health and wellbeing assessments.- We require the following: Significant experience of effective partnership working with individuals and organizations- to deliver relevant high quality local provision.
