Are you a Health and Safety Advisor / Manager from a manufacturing industry looking to step into a role with a leading precision engineering company being to go-to H&S expert whilst working a 4-day week?

On offer is a chance to join a leading precision engineering company working on bespoke sheet metal components and assemblies for the motorsport, aerospace and medical industries. Boasting over 100 employees spread over 3 divisions, this is a great opportunity for a H&S expert to have a direct impact on the company''s future.

In this role you will be managing the safety, health and environmental initiatives across the 3 divisions. You will be responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining their H&S systems while leading H&S initiatives and advice. You will also lead environmental improvement activities and ensure compliance with environmental legislation, permits and other applicable requirements.

This role would suit a H&S Advisor/ Manager or similar looking to be the go-to expert in a well established and growing bespoke precision engineering company offering full or part-time work and 4-day work schedule.

The Role:

• Lead HES initiatives
• Maintain and implement the H&S management system
• Investigate accidents and incidents
• Monitor compliance and changes in legislation
• Mon-Thurs (37.5hr week with flexible working hours) or part time (2 days a week)

The Person:

• Health and Safety Advisor / Manager
• Experience working in a precision or manufacturing environment
• Willing to commute to workshop in Ely
