Health & Safety Manager - 2 Months - Stockton-On-Tees

Approach Personnel are currently recruiting for a Health & Safety Manager in Stockton-on-Tees over the next 2 months,-starting on Tuesday the 1st of September. You will be ensuring full compliance with all practices and standards are being adhered too.-As a Health & Safety-Manager you will also-carry out-quality control inspections to ensure high standards are kept.

Key Requirements:

• Prior experience working as a Health & Safety Manager
• Strong knowledge of CDM Regulations and UK H&S legislation.
• NEBOSH qualified
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend sites, ensuring-compliance with CDM 2015, HASAWA 1974, Building Safety Act and associated regulations.
• Develop and maintain policies, RAMS, CPPs, SOPs and site documentation.
• Lead accident investigations and root cause analysis.
• Conduct site inspections, audits and scaffold compliance checks.
