It is an opportunity for an experienced Health & Safety professional to take ownership of HSE across a growing construction business and play a key role in shaping its safety culture. We are partnering with an established drylining subcontractor to appoint a Health & Safety Manager who can bring a practical, hands-on approach to the role while also having the confidence to improve systems, influence senior management and raise standards across the business. This is a genuinely varied position. You will spend time on site engaging with teams, carrying out inspections and audits, investigating incidents and supporting project teams, while also working closely with the senior leadership team to continually improve the company''s HSE systems and processes.
