Health & Safety Manager

We are looking for a-Health & Safety Manager-who wants to work in a diverse role-where no two days are the same.
The-Health & Safety Manager,-will be responsible for:
- Engagement across the team from the management to the shop floor to our contractor supply chain
- Leading on programmes of work and new initiatives across health and safety
- Managing a regular audit and reporting program safety
- Managing and delivering appropriate training programmes
- Undertaking investigations of site incidents and accidents
- Regular Gemba''s of the site
- Manage and maintain the COSHH register
- Ensure all relevant site files are in place and up to date for all service lines
- Performance audits on permits
To be successful for this Health & Safety Manager role you must have:
- Safety and/or environmental bias in previous roles.
- NEBOSH Certificate essential or equivalent level 3 qualification.
- Strong technical / engineering understanding in a manufacturing / pharmaceutical environment
- Evidence of practical audit / inspection
- Experience in delivery of QHSE
- Broad experience and expertise in incident investigation and root cause analysis-
- Experience of Integrated Facilities Management sector, in particular Hard or Soft Services where applicable
- Detailed knowledge of risk assessment
