As the Health and Safety Manager, you will lead EHS strategy across three UK sites, driving safety culture, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with UK HSE legislation and ISO standards
- Lead risk assessments and investigations across all locations
- Deliver training and promote safety awareness initiatives
- Maintain EHS records, reports, and improvement plans
- Develop and implement EHS policies and procedures
- Support environmental initiatives and sustainability goals
- Manage COSHH and health surveillance programmes
What we’re looking for:
- Proven EHS management experience
- In-depth knowledge of UK HSE laws and ISO 45001/14001
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- NEBOSH diploma or equivalent (desirable)
