Hamilton Woods Associates are currently working with a social housing provider in Lincolnshire, who are looking for a Health and Safety Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities of the Health and Safety Manager includes:

  • Manage the Health & Safety budget
  • Oversee the Health and Safety practices of the In-House Repairs Team
  • Ensure that the supply chain meets the required Health and Safety standards
  • Assist and advise on the provision of risk assessments and safe systems of work for employees
  • Manage the accident and incident report process and support investigation where necessary

Essential criteria of the Health and Safety Manager include:

  • NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent
  • Membership of IOSH
