Are you a Health & Safety Advisor ready to step up or an experienced Health & Safety Manager looking for the opportunity to make a genuine impact?

My client is a growing M&E and construction business delivering a range of commercial projects across London, with values reaching £15m. Due to continued growth, they are looking for an ambitious Health & Safety professional to play a key role in building and shaping the H&S function from the ground up.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants more than just maintaining standards. You''ll have the chance to influence processes, implement new ideas, and become a driving force behind the company''s health & safety culture as the team expands.

The Role

-        Lead and develop the company''s Health & Safety strategy across multiple commercial projects

-        Carry out site inspections, audits, and risk assessments

-        Support project teams in maintaining best practice and compliance

-        Review and improve policies, procedures, and safety systems

-        Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions

-        Deliver training, toolbox talks, and promote a positive safety culture

-        Work closely with senior leadership to help build and grow the H&S department

What They''re Looking For

-        Health & Safety Manager or Senior Advisor looking for the next step

-        NEBOSH qualification (or equivalent)

-        Experience within construction, M&E, fit out, or commercial projects

-        Strong communication skills and the confidence to influence stakeholders

-        Someone proactive, driven, and keen to contribute ideas
