Reporting directly to the Directors, this is a hands-on role combining site audits, compliance, documentation and operational support. You will ideally spend 1–2 days per week visiting live construction sites, identifying issues, producing reports and ensuring corrective actions are completed. The successful candidate will be organised, confident challenging poor practices and comfortable working with Directors, Contracts Managers and site teams. Key Responsibilities: Conduct regular health and safety audits across construction sites. Prepare audit reports and manage corrective actions through to completion.
