About the Role
An established and growing construction business is seeking an experienced Health & Safety Manager to lead and drive health, safety and wellbeing standards across a portfolio of high-profile projects.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive health and safety professional to influence company-wide best practice, ensure compliance, and support operational teams in delivering projects safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement health and safety strategies across multiple projects.
• Conduct audits, inspections and site reviews.
• Provide advice and support to operational and project teams.
• Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions.
• Deliver training and toolbox talks.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and industry standards.
• Produce and monitor health and safety KPIs.

• Proven Health & Safety management experience within construction.
• Strong background within main contracting or commercial fit-out environments.
• NEBOSH Construction Certificate (or equivalent NEBOSH qualification).
• Excellent knowledge of UK H&S legislation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence teams at all levels of the business.
