This is a full-time, on-site role, split between two locations in Portsmouth. Duties include: Manage the day-to-day delivery of Health & Safety activities across their office locations and home-working environments. Conduct regular workplace inspections and support the resolution of identified Health & Safety issues. Maintain Health & Safety policies, procedures and associated documentation. Support the ongoing maintenance and delivery of ISO 45001 and SafeContractor requirements. Manage workplace incident investigations and support root cause analysis. Update and Maintain COSH risk assessments. Support office moves, new site setups and exiting locations from a Health & Safety perspective. Deliver Health & Safety inductions and awareness sessions for employees.
