Reporting to the Operations Director, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with UK legislation, client requirements, airport regulations and internal procedures. Key responsibilities include: Ensure Health & Safety compliance across airport operations and project activities. Manage permits, audits, accreditations and regulatory requirements. Review and develop H&S policies, RAMS, risk assessments and safe systems of work. Conduct site inspections, investigations and monthly H&S performance reporting. Provide expert H&S guidance to operational and project teams. Oversee subcontractor onboarding, compliance and competency checks. Produce and maintain COSHH assessments and safety documentation. Complete PQQs and manage industry accreditations including CHAS and SafeContractor. Deliver toolbox talks, safety campaigns and workforce communications.
