Health & Safety Lead

Hays Health & Safety are working with a busy, fast-paced production site looking for a hands-on H&S Lead who actually enjoys being out on the floor.

This isn''t a desk role. You''ll be visible, involved, and trusted to make a difference day-to-day across a live manufacturing environment.

Perfect for someone currently at Advisor level who''s ready to step up and take ownership, with a clear route into management once embedded in the business.

What they need:

• Experience in a food manufacturing, FMCG, or similar fast-paced production environment
• Strong site presence - personable, approachable, and confident engaging at all levels
• Hands-on approach to audits, risk assessments, and driving standards on the ground
• Someone who wants to progress into a leadership role
• NEBOSH General (minimum)
