This isn’t a “maintenance” HSE role.  It’s a position with genuine scope: shaping culture, elevating systems, and contributing to global HSE standards across a respected international group. What you’ll lead Own and continuously improve the site’s HSE management systems and compliance. Coach and influence managers and teams to build a proactive, world-class safety culture. Conduct audits, risk assessments and compliance reviews across complex machinery and processes. Lead and support investigations, ensuring robust root-cause analysis and corrective actions. Manage HSE reporting, KPIs and documentation for group-level review. Liaise with customers, regulators and internal stakeholders during audits and inspections.
