      <description>Location: Alfreton | Salary: &amp;pound;20 - &amp;pound;23/hour | Type: Contract | The H&amp;S Coordinator-will support the site in maintaining high standards of Health, Safety, and Environmental compliance, with a primary focus on conducting, reviewing, and improving Risk Assessments and COSHH Assessments across all operational areas.    Working closely alongside the Health &amp; Safety Administrator to ensure-legal compliance, reduce workplace risks, and promote a proactive safety culture across the site.   We are looking for someone with previous experience in a Health &amp; Safety Coordinator/Advisor role within a manufacturing, chemical or industrial environment.   You will possess strong organisational and document management skills, as well as a proactive approach to ensure reports, permits and certifications remain valid, or are actioned in a timely manner to avoid any lapse compliance.   Well versed in UK Health &amp; Safety practices and standards   Possess a NEBOSH certification, with IOSH also desirable   This is a temporary/contract role for an initial 6-month period with potential for extension and possible conversion into a permanent role.  Candidates must possess the relevant and necessary UK right to work credentials.&lt;/p</description>
