Working closely with operational teams and leadership, you''ll help maintain compliance, promote best practice, and contribute to a culture where safety remains a top priority.

• Ensure compliance with health & safety legislation and company standards
• Support and maintain H&S systems aligned to ISO 45001
• Conduct site inspections, audits and follow-up actions
• Assist with risk assessments and safe systems of work
• Investigate incidents, near misses and support corrective actions
• Monitor safety trends and identify opportunities for improvement
• Coordinate and support health & safety training activities
• Promote a positive and proactive safety culture across the site
• Support internal and external audits
• Produce reports and analyse H&S performance data

• Previous experience within a Health & Safety role
• NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent qualification
• Knowledge of ISO 45001 and management systems
• Good understanding of UK Health & Safety legislation
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels of the business
