This role is working for a very successful manufacturing company with around 140 employees, based in Southend on Sea, Essex. Salary £35,000 - £37,000 per annum, annual bonus, free lunch daily Role Purpose The Health & Safety Controller is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the company’s health, safety, and wellbeing systems across all manufacturing sites. The role ensures compliance with UK health and safety legislation, reduces operational risk, promotes a positive safety culture, and supports continuous improvement in workplace safety performance. The postholder will work closely with Coordinators, production teams, contractors, First Aiders and Fire Marshals to ensure safe working practices are embedded throughout the organisation.
