      <description>Location: Warrington | Salary: &amp;pound;55000 - &amp;pound;65000/annum | Type: Permanent | Principal People are working with a well-established and growing Health &amp; Safety consultancy to recruit a Health &amp; Safety / CDM Advisor to support a diverse portfolio of clients and projects across the North West.  This is a varied position combining practical Health &amp; Safety consultancy with Principal Designer responsibilities under CDM 2015. You’ll work across healthcare, housebuilding and industrial environments, giving you exposure to different projects, clients and stages of the construction process.  The role is predominantly home based, with travel to client sites typically 2–3 days per week across the North West. Around 50% of the current workload sits within NHS healthcare estates, with the remainder split across major housebuilding clients and wider industrial projects.  You’ll join an experienced consultancy where you’ll be trusted to manage your own workload and client relationships, while having the support of an established wider team.   What’s in it for you?
