You will work closely with senior management and operational teams to promote a strong safety culture, manage risk and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and standards. Key Responsibilities Lead and support risk assessments covering both health & safety and environmental considerations across production and office areas. Identify workplace hazards and work with relevant teams to put effective control measures in place, covering areas such as fire safety, noise and equipment use. Monitor and report on Health, Safety & Environmental performance to senior management. Maintain compliance with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 requirements. Develop and review safe working procedures in collaboration with senior management and production teams. Support the development and implementation of Health, Safety & Environmental policies and strategies.
