We''re looking for a proactive Health & Safety Advisor to join this Engineering company that supply Utilities and Construction Industries.

You will take ownership of safety standards at their premises, including hands-on involvement with plant and machinery. If you''re passionate about creating a safe working environment and enjoy being hands on as well as behind a desk this role will suit you perfectly.

The role will involve:

• Supporting and advising on all Health & Safety matters across the site
• Supporting and assisting the Plant Manager with duties as and when required
• Conducting site inspections, audits, and risk assessments
• Ensuring safe operation and compliance around plant, equipment, and machinery
• Investigating incidents and implementing corrective actions
• Working closely with operational teams to drive a positive safety culture
• Maintaining and updating H&S documentation and policies

What you will need:

• NEBOSH Level 3 (or above) -
• Experience in a Health & Safety role within construction, manufacturing, heavy engineering, construction or a similar environment
• Strong understanding of plant operations and associated risks
• Confident communicator who can influence and engage teams at all levels
• Someone who is hands-on, visible on site, and solutions-focused
