This is a visible, site-based role where you’ll work closely with production and engineering teams to drive compliance, improve standards, and embed a strong safety-first culture. What Will You Be Doing ? Supporting the delivery of HSEQ strategy across site Conducting risk assessments, audits, and inspections Leading incident investigations and RIDDOR reporting Developing and reviewing safe systems of work Monitoring HSE performance and maintaining accurate records Supporting ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001) and audit readiness Delivering toolbox talks and HSE training Coaching teams and promoting a proactive safety culture What Will You Bring to the Party ?
