The Role The Health, Safety & Wellbeing (HSW) Advisor will support the delivery and implementation of the company''s Health, Safety & Wellbeing Management System across multiple construction projects. They will work closely with site teams, subcontractors and clients to promote best practice, ensure legal compliance and drive a positive safety culture. Responsibilities Promote compliance with company Health, Safety & Wellbeing procedures across all projects. Carry out site inspections, audits and monitoring activities. Support project teams with risk assessments, method statements and statutory compliance. Investigate accidents, incidents and near misses, producing reports and recommendations.
