You'll work closely alongside the Project Health and Safety Manager, building trusted relationships on site and helping to shape a genuinely positive safety culture. This is a hands-on role covering everything from inductions and toolbox talks to audits, risk assessments and incident investigation — with real mentoring and development built in. What you'll be doing Build strong rapport with teams on site and act as a trusted advisor, influencing positive safety culture. Provide practical HSE support and advice across project activities. Assist the Project Health and Safety Manager with the H&S induction for all employees and contractors on their first day.
