Reporting to the Head of Health & Safety, you will provide expert guidance and support to project teams, helping to maintain the highest standards of health and safety across the business.

Key responsibilities include:

• Promoting a positive health and safety culture throughout the organisation.
• Ensuring working practices comply with current health and safety legislation.
• Reviewing health and safety documentation, including safe systems of work.
• Supporting the development and implementation of health and safety strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Leading health and safety initiatives across projects.
• Assisting with the delivery of health and safety training for managers and employees.
• Conducting regular site inspections to monitor compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Carrying out accident and incident investigations and supporting corrective actions.

To be considered for this role, you will have:

• A recognised Health & Safety qualification (NEBOSH/NCRQ, BSc or MSc in Safety).
• Proven experience as a Health & Safety Advisor within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of current health and safety legislation.
• Experience conducting accident and incident investigations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to build positive working relationships and influence others.
• Good IT skills.
• A valid CSCS Card.
