In this role, you''ll carry out site visits and audits, review risk assessments, support safety reporting, and deliver HSE training. You''ll guide contractors, maintain policies, and ensure compliance with UK H&S legislation, using digital tools to track performance and drive continuous improvement.

This position is ideal for a detail-driven H&S professional ideally with experience in public sector, waste, or oil & gas environments who enjoys delivering safety solutions and helping teams operate safely and efficiently.

The Role:

• Health & Safety Advisor for a well-established engineering consultancy
• Site audits, risk assessments, training delivery, contractor compliance, and policy managemen
• -40,000 - -45,000 + Progression + Training + Company Benefits
• Mon - Fri 8 - 4 or 9 - 5 (flexible)
• Hybrid working available after probation

The Person:

• Proven experience in Health & Safety, ideally in public sector, waste, or oil & gas
• Relevant qualifications (NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent)
• UK driving licence
