Health & Safety Advisor

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Health & Safety Advisor to join a well-established civil engineering client based in Inverness. The Role:

• Providing health and safety support and advice across civil engineering projects
• Conducting risk assessments, site inspections, and audits to ensure compliance with current legislation
• Supporting project teams to maintain safe working practices and high standards of site safety
• Preparing reports, method statements, and safety documentation
• Liaising with clients, contractors, and internal teams to promote a positive safety culture

• Proven experience as a Health & Safety Advisor within civil engineering or construction
• NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of current health and safety legislation and best practices
• Experience carrying out site inspections and risk assessments
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple projects
