The successful candidate will lead a team of Personal Care Support Workers , ensuring students with physical, medical and complex needs receive safe, dignified and person-centred support. This is a hands-on leadership role involving personal care, medication, health plans, complex health interventions, EHCPs and staff management . You will work closely with education staff, families and external professionals including Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and healthcare teams.
