HeadteacherSalary: £86,803 - £95,735 per annum (Leadership Scale L22-L26), dependent on qualifications and experienceContract: Permanent, Full TimeLocation: CoalvilleStart Date: April 2026 or as soon as possible thereafterAbout the SchoolReed is working in partnership with a new specialist school opening in 2026, which will provide education for children and young people aged 5-19 with Autism, Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, and Communication and Interaction needs.The school will support up to 120 students across three sites and will operate as a nurturing, inclusive and aspirational learning environment, enabling every learner to thrive academically, socially and emotionally.The RoleAs Headteacher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the vision, ethos and strategic direction of this new school before and after opening.
