The school supports young people with SEMH needs, most of whom have EHCPs. It opened recently and has passed its pre-registration inspection, with plans to grow. The new Headteacher will play a central part in shaping the school and leading it through its next stage of development. The role This is a hands-on headship in a trauma-informed, therapeutic setting, for a leader who enjoys being visible in school as well as setting direction.
