The successful candidate will demonstrate outstanding behaviour management expertise, with a proven track record of implementing consistent, trauma-informed, and restorative approaches that foster a safe, structured, and nurturing learning environment.We are seeking a confident and inspirational leader with substantial senior leadership experience within an SEN or specialist provision. You will have a strong understanding of SEND legislation, EHCP processes, safeguarding, and multi-agency collaboration.
