This innovative provision combines academic excellence with trauma-informed, flexible online delivery to set a new benchmark for inclusive education.We are seeking an experienced, values-driven Headteacher to establish and lead this trailblazing service, shaping its vision, culture, and approach from the ground up.The RoleReporting to the Director of Education Services, the Headteacher will:Lead the strategic and operational direction of the Online SchoolFoster a strong, inclusive, and trauma-informed school cultureEnsure high standards in teaching, curriculum design, and assessmentOversee safeguarding, SEND provision, and pupil wellbeingEnsure compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirementsBuild and maintain effective partnerships with families, professionals, and key stakeholdersDevelop and manage relationships with Local Authorities and colleagues within the Keys GroupWork remotely, with occasional national travel for meetings and regular visits to our offices in Birmingham and IpswichEssential RequirementsQualified Teacher Status (QTS)NPQH or equivalent leadership qualificationSenior leadership experience in a school, special school, or online settingStrong knowledge of safeguarding, regulatory frameworks, and inspection processesA clear commitment to ..... full job details .....
