Head Sushi Requirements:


  • Engaging Omakase Host: A Sushi Chef who thrives in intimate, guest£facing environments. You will host just five exclusive seats at the sushi counter, delivering a full, immersive Omakase experience with warmth, confidence, and storytelling
  • Exceptional Sushi Expertise andamp; Leadership: A highly skilled Head Sushi Chef with the ability to lead and inspire a small team, while maintaining the highest standards of precision, consistency, and craftsmanship.
  • Stable andamp; Progressive Career History: Candidates must demonstrate a solid, reliable work history with proven longevity in previous roles.
  • Luxury Hospitality Background: Prior experience in high£end restaurants or luxury hotels is essential, with a deep understanding of premium ingredients, refined service, and elevated guest expectations.
  • Creative andamp; Continually Evolving: A chef who takes genuine pride in their work, brings creativity to menu development, and is committed to ongoing improvement and mastery of their craft
