Head, Policy Development and Delivery Key responsibilities As a member of the Senior Leadership Group, contribute to the overall leadership and culture of the organisation. Lead the LSB''s policy work as set out in our three-year strategy and annual business plans and account to the Board for progress. In collaboration with the front-line regulators oversee the design, and implementation of legal services regulation policy, ensuring it is firmly focused on where the LSB can specifically add value, and prioritises the needs of consumers, and market innovation. Develop and evolve a collaborative approach to legal service policy development, actively using our convening role to shape public debate and develop solutions in the best interests of consumers. Oversee the LSB''s delivery function, ensuring effective and efficient programme management governance and processes are in place to ensure the LSB delivers its objectives and outcomes. Line manages approximately 4 policy professionals and the Programme Manager Work closely with the Strategy, Policy and Engagement Directorate Senior Management Team (SMT) ensuring effective leadership of the Directorate. Attend LSB Board meetings and represent the LSB with a wide range of external stakeholders.
