The postholder will be responsible for leading the day-to-day delivery of high-quality, risk-based and evidence-led oversight of frontline regulators, ensuring that regulatory performance is effectively monitored and that timely, proportionate interventions are made where necessary. This role is central to embedding a more proactive, intelligence-led and outcomes-focused approach to oversight, ensuring that the LSB can identify emerging risks early, drive improvements in regulatory performance, and protect consumers and the public interest.
