As a Head Office IT Support Specialist, you''ll provide high-level technical support to our Executive Committee and senior stakeholders from our Wigmore Street site. This is a full-time role offering white-glove IT support to Babcock''s Executive Committee.Responsibilities
Resolving faults across all end-user platforms with speed and precisionSupporting MS Teams meetings and video conferencing events end-to-endProviding desktop support via phone, email and in-person across the GroupTroubleshooting issues with PCs, laptops, printers, LAN, and mobile devicesSupporting executive-level users in a Head Office environmentThriving under pressure and meeting service level agreementsWorking within ITIL frameworks and processesProviding 2nd Line desktop support in a Windows 11 environmentConfiguring and supporting MS Teams (including live events), Polycom VC, and mobile devices (MDM, Intune, iPhones/iPads)Relevant IT certifications or equivalent experience in desktop supportITIL Foundation certification would be preferredMicrosoft certifications (e.g., MS-900, MD-102) would be preferredSecurity clearance requirements: The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) / Security Check (SC) / Developed Vetting (DV) security clearance for this role.Security and Compliance
