Head of Young People''s Programmes (Maternity Cover)

ClementJames is looking for a high-calibre Head of Young People''s Programmes to lead the continued development and delivery of programmes supporting young people with their education, attainment, confidence and aspirations. As the organisation continues to grow, you will play a key strategic role in ensuring programmes evolve to meet the changing needs of young people and their families. Working closely with the Chief Programmes Officer and wider management team, you will build strong relationships with schools, alternative provisions, community organisations and the local authority, while keeping young people and their families at the heart of the work. You will bring a genuine passion for understanding the challenges faced by the communities ClementJames supports, alongside the leadership and programme expertise needed to turn that understanding into meaningful impact.
