The role will involve working with pupils across KS3 & KS4 providing all aspects of pastoral support.- Some pupils may be-dis-engaged and exhibit challenging behaviour whilst others require specialist support for issues outside of school.- You will need to have excellent communication skills coupled with an ability to engage with-pupils from a wide array of backgrounds. You will work closely with SLT, other head''s of year, support staff and external agencies.- The position would suit someone who has previously worked as a head of year, assistant head of year or senior mentor-within a secondary school setting.
