Head of Year

Supply Star Recruitment are seeking to appoint a committed, enthusiastic and highly organised Temporary Head of Year to provide long-term cover for an established post-holder who is absent. This is an important pastoral leadership role within the school, with responsibility for the academic progress, behaviour, attendance and wellbeing of students in a designated year group.

The successful candidate will provide continuity, stability and strong leadership for the year team, working closely with tutors, teaching staff, parents and external agencies to ensure that students continue to thrive during this period.

To be considered for this role you will ideally have worked as Head of Year previously.
