      <description>Location: Harrow | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | Westminster Academy has a fantastic opportunity for an innovative and dedicated Head of Year (Non-Teaching) to oversee the effective running of a year group, including the achievement, progress, attendance and pastoral support for all pupils within their year. The post holder will also provide high quality leadership of the pastoral team and the year group, and contribute to the leadership capacity of the Academy. Our ideal Head of Year (Non-Teaching) will be calm, solution focused, have excellent interpersonal skills and will champion high standards and a strong culture of belonging, helping students to develop the character, confidence and resilience needed to thrive both academically and personally.
