What you''ll be doing As Head of Year, you''ll be at the heart of your year group''s pastoral support. You''ll: Get to know your students and understand what motivates and challenges them. Provide a consistent point of support for students who may need extra guidance. Monitor attendance, behaviour, wellbeing and progress. Work with students to overcome barriers and build confidence.
