      <description>Location: Bury | Salary: &amp;pound;130 - &amp;pound;150/day | Type: Temporary | Head of Year - Mainstream Secondary School | Bury  Aspire People are working in partnership with a multi-academy trust secondary school in Bury who are looking to appoint an experienced non-teaching Head of Year to join their team as soon as possible.  This is a full-time, long-term position supporting students across the school, with a key focus on behaviour, attendance, pastoral support and student wellbeing.  The Role As Head of Year, you will play an important role in supporting students to achieve their full potential. You will work closely with students, parents/carers, teachers and the wider pastoral team to address behaviour and attendance concerns and provide effective pastoral support.
