This is a pivotal leadership role with full accountability for warehousing strategy, operational performance, people leadership and continuous improvement across an extensive distribution environment.Only applicants with experience in furniture or homeware experience will be considered. This is a non-negotiable. The business operates a high-volume, customer-centric operation handling furniture and home products, where operational excellence and service are critical to the customer experience. The warehousing network supports significant inbound container volumes alongside nationwide home deliveries.Key ResponsibilitiesLead all warehouse operations, ensuring exceptional standards across safety, quality, productivity and customer service.Develop and execute the warehousing strategy to support continued business growth.Drive operational efficiency through lean principles and continuous improvement initiatives.Lead, coach and develop a large operational leadership team, building a high-performance culture.Manage KPIs including productivity, OTIF, inventory accuracy, labour planning and cost control.Work closely with Transport, Planning, E-commerce and Commercial teams to ensure seamless ..... full job details .....
