What you will do: • Lead the transformation of unsecured lending across products, customer journeys, servicing, technology and operating models • Define and deliver the strategic roadmap for SME and Consumer lending, driving customer, commercial and operational outcomes • Simplify, modernise and digitise processes to improve efficiency and enhance the customer experience • Build, lead and develop a high-performing team capable of delivering both strategic change and business-as-usual performance • Attract, retain and grow top talent, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement • Own product governance, risk and regulatory compliance for unsecured lending products, ensuring robust controls and oversight • Leverage data and insights to identify opportunities, optimise performance and track transformation success • Partner with senior stakeholders across the Bank ..... full job details .....
