The ideal candidate must have previously managed a large fleet of at least 300 vehicles and managed a budget of 28 million.  Principle Accountabilities: Overall fleet management to include ‘account management’ of fleet providers. Achievement of the daily/weekly/monthly KPI's through effective guidance and coaching of transport team managers. Monitoring all investigation activity to understand root cause and make sure that corrective and preventative action has been implemented and solutions identified (or escalated) where necessary. Upholding departmental compliance by consistently monitoring QHSE, Sustainability, and Fleet standards. This encompasses having an oversight of PPE usage, vehicle inspections, CV servicing, MOTs, VORs, contractor management, hygiene protocols, temperature checks, and thorough tracking of accidents and near misses.
